We gladly accept and process returns based on our Return Policy. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items that meet the Return Policy criteria. We offer free return shipping to all US customers for returned items that meet the Return Policy criteria.
Return policy for resellable items
Returned items are subject to inspection by Bella Simone prior to issuing a refund.
Returned items meeting these conditions will be accepted and approved for refund credit. Refund credit will be credited and processed through the original transaction payment method. If a case arises in which the original payment method is no longer valid, a Store Credit will be issued for the approved refund amount.

Items must be in original condition. No clearance items or items purchased on promotion will be accepted.
Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Once your return is submitted via our online portal here, it will be in review. After your return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for returning. We do not offer refunds and we do not accept returns of items that are not in their original state.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Due to the volume of orders that we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day that it is received. Once your items have been inspected we will sure a store credit via email that can be used towards future purchases.
Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.

*If the original sale did not qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. In these cases, customers are responsible for returned item shipping charges. No shipping charges whatsoever will be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
